About Elise

Renowned for her spellbinding voice and captivating stage presence, Elise Mark has carved out a unique space as a singer, storyteller, and educator. She is an exceptionally versatile talent, equally adept at performing classical and contemporary music. Whether she is performing at Carnegie Hall or entertaining and informing audiences with her lifestyle podcasts, Elise always pours her soul into her art, revealing a deep humanity that listeners can’t help but connect with. Above all, Elise’s mission is to create a sense of community through music and storytelling.


Elise was born in New Hyde Park, New York, and raised in Tampa, FL. She earned her Bachelor of Music from the University of Florida and her Master’s in Music from Temple University before embarking on a career that would see her performing on iconic stages across the country. She made her Carnegie Hall debut with the New York Lyric Opera Theatre in 2015, and went on to perform notable roles including Adele (Die Fledermaus), Josephine (HMS Pinafor), Susanna (Le nozze di Figaro), Musetta (La Boheme, cover) and Gianetta (The Gondoliers). In the ensuing years, Elise continued to build her resume with performances up and down the east coast.


Despite her increasingly busy schedule as a classical vocalist, Elise has also embraced several other sides of her artistry, building up a body of work that is distinctly individual. As a voice actor, she keeps up a steady schedule of both commercial and artistic work, most notably her horror podcast ‘Weeping Cedars,’ which is currently entering its third season. Additionally, she is a passionate teaching artist and mentor, maintaining a private music lessons studio for young children, and adult amateurs, and young emerging artists, we she facilitates an environment of fun, creativity, and exposure to many genres and types of music. Elise she is dedicated to sharing the wisdom she has earned in her career with a new generation of performers.


Elise is currently based in Philadelphia, PA, where she continues to embrace new opportunities to bring people together through art. She is as passionate as ever about her work and looks forward to inspiring, uplifting, and empowering her audience for years to come.
